We offer a range of standard and bespoke courses, for both individuals and companies, to ensure we can exactly address your needs. Basic Life Support (BLS)

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to deal with common life threatening emergencies. Training will include treating a choking patient as well as identifying a patient requiring CPR and initiating CPR effectively.  

With Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) being more readily available in public settings, all our BLS courses include training on safe and effective use of automated defibrillators

Basic Life Support for Dentists

The Basic Life Support for Dentists Course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to deal with common life threatening emergencies including Cardiac Arrest, anaphylaxis and the choking patient. A patient could collapse at your surgery at any time. For every minute without CPR and defibrillation, their chance of survival reduces by 7-10%. It is your duty to treat them. It is our duty to train you.

With Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) being more readily available in public settings, all our BLS courses include training on safe and effective use of automated defibrillators

Immediate Life Support (ILS) 

The Immediate Life Support (ILS) course teaches you how to effectively be a team member during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. One of the patient's you are caring for could arrest at any time. The ILS course builds on the skills learnt in BLS paying particular attention to effective communication, airway management and recognising shockable and non shockable rhythms. As healthcare professionals we have a duty to equip ourselves with the skills, knowledge and practical experience to treat our patients effectively.

First Aid at Work (FAW)

The First Aid at Work (FAW) Course is ideal for small, medium and large businesses to ensure their employees are able to recognise and treat a wide range of conditions creating a safer working environment.  In keeping with the HSE guidelines, in addition to the skills taught in the Emergency First Aid at Work, individuals are taught how to effectively manage common work related medical injuries such as burns, eye injuries and anaphylaxis. In addition trainees are equipped with skills enabling them to recognise a patient who requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and initiating CPR effectively.
