ALS COURSE AIMS:
The Advanced Life Support (ALS) course is designed for healthcare professionals dealing with life threatening emergencies on a regular basis. It is a two day course which builds on the skills learnt during the Immediate Life Support course and focusses on the following areas:

At certain hospital trusts ALS is compulsory course FY1 trainees have to successfully complete in order to progress to FY2. We would recommend this course for all doctors who work in a hospital setting |
